What are my responsibilities?
- PO represents the customer in the associated team and is responsible for the definition and delivery of a product’s part, regarding requirement/outcome ranking, content generation, quality, in given cost and time frame.
- Works closely with relevant stakeholders; especially the Product Owner and Product Manager.
- Refines the requirements/outcomes in the own scope; gains understanding of the respective customer value.
- Creates and maintains the team backlog, adds new requirements/user stories as team backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, and ranks team backlog items.
- Considers quality attributes (usability, security, safety, …), incl. regulatory and legal aspects.
- Participates at the sprint planning and sprint review meetings and as often as possible at team meetings.
- Sets up and maintains product risk management.
- Works closely with the team to clearly communicate the customer needs; helps and motivates the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
- Evaluates and accepts the work results, based on defined acceptance and done criteria. Continuously exchanges good practices and collaborates within the organization.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / ME or equivalent
Experience: 8+ years of experience.
Skills:
· Good knowledge on RTLS domain
· Market and customer understanding
· Experience from product management and/or product development and/or sales and are experienced in eliciting customer requirements and creating requirement specifications
· Strong analytical skills as well as wide horizon and a holistic mindset
· Knowledge of lean/agile practices
· Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
· Knowledge of software tools for requirement management, design, configuration management, reviews, testing etc . In specific TFS .
· Knowledge of Usability Engineering, SW Architecture, SW Verification & Validation
· Knowledge of methods and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis.
· Good Communication skills with excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
· Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
· The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the Scrum teams
· Exposure in working with multi-site global teams.
