Job Description:
- To strategize and plan events and promotions to meet the challenges of stores in the assigned regions and also work closely on national events and promotions. Achieve targeted footfalls and strategize on brand promotions.
- Region wise focus on in store and out store promotions, communication and branding activities through different media.
- Region wise analysis at a store level. Collation of data from unit heads / marketing and developing actionable strategies to meet challenges.
- Facilitate robust consumer and market research and analysis.
- Responsible to provide critical insights into the consumer buying behavior through a detailed and dedicated consumer research.
- Understanding the requirements at a store level, identifying local opportunities and devising catchment-based communication model.
- Induction and training of unit marketing.
- Meeting revenue targets.
- Supporting on national events.
