Role Responsibilities:
· Delivers NOS / volume and Superior Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf)
· Asset Management: Ensuring right BUP planning for different assets in the store
· Account Engagement: Engaging with accounts on by store requirement including new store openings
· Budget Management: Engaging with strategy team to ensure budget sufficiency
· Agency handling: Engaging with agency for timely production of assets (basis every account)
· Execution: Tracking execution at a store level, reconcile and fix in case of issues
· Counsellor management: Leading the counsellor team with monthly connects and training them on monthly priorities
Qualifications
· Graduate
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Prior experience in Modern Retail accounts (preferred)
