About the department
Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore.
Commercial Analytics is part of Finance GBS and was founded in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated analytics professionals to provide the best in class analytical services and insights to the global organization. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.
The position
Your main responsibility is to strategise and drive Competitive Intelligence (CI) monitoring for pharmaceutical business area for US market by delivering high quality consulting service. Simultaneously, you are expected to indulge and perform secondary research for the commercial part of the drugs/products in the market and provide analytical intelligence results on products, market conditions and competitors to deliver insightful competitive landscape of products.
Furthermore, collaborate with strategic market intelligence US stakeholders or team along with market research agencies and vendors to execute key competitive landscape projects for business requirements.
Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in science background (pharmacy/biotechnology/B.tech) with minimum 1-2 years of experience in competitive intelligence and market research in pharmaceutical industry.
