At Maersk, we are accelerating our logistics & service products delivery to become the global integrator of container logistics – and looking for team players to help us execute our process improvement initiative for inland transportation. We are looking for a candidate in the Continuous improvement (CI) team, reporting to Head of Continuous Improvement.
Key responsibilities
Ensure 4PL, BKA & Air freight Execution is done seamlessly in way that has a positive customer experience and is efficient for our teams
Identify and implement improvements through process studies, solution models and strong change management
Collaborate across product, implementation, execution and customer service to drive improvements
Drive business controls and performance management for the COO dashboard by ensuring booking of both cost and revenue within SLAs
Advise CX leadership on upcoming risks and propose mitigations
Be an SME for 4PL, BKA & Air Freight products and act as focal for global platform pilots, implementations & rollouts
We are looking for
5-7 years of experience working in a fast paced & quality analytics environment
Knowledge of basic logistics and financial controls
Strong collaboration, change management skills, process improvement skills and ability to learn fast
Ambitious and result oriented with strong drive
Strong English speaking, MS Office & communication skills
