Job Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator:
- Provides administrative support to recruitment efforts with emphasis in Interview Scheduling
- Performs scheduling for in-person, phone and video interviews, and other coordination functions as necessary for multiple recruiters
- Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
- Participate in team strategy meetings and prepare content for presentations to leadership
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or minimum of 2 years’ equivalent coordination experience
Experience:
