Global Senior Analyst, Ops

Job Overview:

• Support the day to day maintenance and operations of metric data
• Intermediate ability to use Excel, especially when it comes to development and updates to formulas and calculations
• Ability to extract information from dashboards such as Spotfire or Power BI
• Ability to analyze and ask questions on requests and determine its impact to the people using the developed reports, this includes good communication skills between management and impacted groups/departments
• Knowledge of SQL and VBA will be an added advantage

Education/Qualifications:

• University degree

Experience:
