Associate Consultant – Integration

Description

We are recruiting for an Associate Consultant position in the Workday Integrations team. He/she has the following roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for client technical deliverables of low- medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client’s requirements
•  Design, build, unit test, deploy and Migrate Workday Integrations
•  Prepare Design Documents, KT and Cut-over plan documents
• Support End to End and Parallel testing

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• B.E./B.Tech
• Relevant experience for 2-4 year
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Actively seeks out process improvements to speed up delivery and make requestors aware of status.  
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
