Responsibilities
• Manage the software development process • Direct the project from initiation through implementation and delivery • Guide projects through to completion on time, within scope, meeting quality standards • Manages project scope and baseline to ensure delivery is compliant • Develops project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget • Manages aspects of the project including but not limited to research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, negotiations, training, status reporting • Manages and secures business control requirements and compliance • Develops and executes project plan, quality reviews and provide recommendations • Solves project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation • Develops and presents project documentation and communication with all project stakeholders • Communicates project scope to the customer/internal partner • Work within a team and mentor/develop junior project managers

Additional Responsibilities:
• Project Management fundamentals • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes. • Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering. • Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality. • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Communication, Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Agile Project Management – An Agile mindset with project managing experience in Agile environment • Microservice and Ecommerce platform knowledge • Ability to manage high profile, high impact projects with complete accountability & transparency • Technical articulation and understanding • Proven experience in proactive Planning, Execution and Tracking • Proven success managing risk, dependencies, and constraints • Develop communication expectations and success measures with the team and with other partners • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence/Microsoft Office or equivalent. • Experience in handling a team of software developers
