Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of relevant work experience in driving business, sales, operations, and strategy for organizations.
- 10 years of manager experience.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders, both internal and external.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Performance or media agency experience, and experience in sales and/or business development, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Experience with running Profits and Losses (P&L).
- Demonstrated business sense with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to speak, write, and present in English fluently.

As a Head of Scaled, you’ll grow, drive, and coach frontline sales managers and sales representatives to help their clients get the most out of our Google ad solutions. You’ll possess a deep knowledge of Google’s ads product, market trends, client opportunities and macro industry knowledge that you’ll leverage to help clients succeed and deliver against their business growth goals. You will work with the sales leadership team to set strategic long-term objectives and also run the day-to-day operations and sales expertise for the team and business. You’ll build a culture of trust, safety, and innovation. You will effectively work cross-functionally with the India Google Customer Solution leads, regional and global peers, and take the lead on market- and regional-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team. Be a role model and sales coach and facilitate regular coaching sessions on C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, pitching, and more.
- Set strategy and take ownership of execution to deliver annual and quarterly business growth goals.
- Manage business pipeline and stay on top of day-to-day business activities for the team (C-level meetings, succeeding in joint business plans, quarterly business review expertise with key clients, pitch/success rates, etc.).
- Be a thought leader, identify growth opportunities, build compelling business cases to capture opportunities, identify/mitigate risks, and influence stakeholders to gain support. Lead and develop executive-level relationships and network through C-level meetings, reviews, and speaking engagements.
- Stay updated on Google product solutions and be a trusted advisor to both clients and the team.
