Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee-Onboarding Lead -Human Resource Shared Services
HR Onboarding Led to oversee the procedures our company follows before and after hiring new employees. You should ensure our hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to their new roles.
Responsibilities
•    Organize orientation programs 
•    Act as a consultant to new employees
•    Schedule and oversee training sessions
•    Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. schedules, etc.)
•    Liaise with internal teams 
•    Assist existing employees with their queries
•    Advise IT team for new hire asset arrangement timely
•    Ensure internal systems are updated with new joiners correct information
•    Connect internally to resolve any issues during/after onboarding

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Graduation from a recognized university

Preferred qualifications
•    Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
•    Excellent business English proficiency – both oral and written
•    Passionate; highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred
•    High level of integrity, professionalism, and organized nature
•    Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership cadre
•    Ability to work in cross functional team.
