About the team:
The Global Strategy and Delivery team at Gartner is a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain exposure to critical business functions and jumpstart their corporate journey. Strategy & Program Associate Analysts are staffed across various projects and initiatives spanning multiple businesses.
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Gartner’s Services business with the central goal of helping clients achieve their mission critical priorities. Based on the business requirement, you will get the exposure to interact with our global business partners and client managers. You will also have access to several senior business leaders from diverse and varied backgrounds. This role expects from you to rapidly learn, develop skills, and demonstrate increasing independence.
Job description:
- Drive higher retention and improve engagement by collaborating with and empowering Global service delivery groups through innovation programs
- Contribute towards continuous idea pipeline – create, compile, and help analyze ideas for service improvement
- Continually engage with global stakeholders to incubate pilots and problem-solve for effectiveness
- Drive change management and enablement on new pilots across service teams
- Conduct current state assessments and diagnostics to identify gaps, opportunity areas and suggest target state design
- Design & continuously refine service model process, roles, tools & metrics
- Demonstrate ability to seek feedback from stakeholders as well as leverage metrics and internal analysis to identify opportunities to improve service delivery for stakeholders
- Drive quantitative data analysis using common tools such as Excel to deep dive into data trends and insights
- Liaise efficiently with internal stakeholders and senior management, and efficiently structure communications, business analysis and professional presentations
- Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and partner with BU as well as Strategy & Operations leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities
Essential must-have skills:
- Graduate program in any stream having up to 2 years of work experience
- Strong aptitude for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Practical, intuitive problem solving and the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
- Good business acumen/orientation to understand client’s priorities from a CXO lens
- Champion mindset
- Passion for client service and team leadership
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, and proficiency in English
- Strong orientation towards process and operational excellence
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office expertise –Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
