Job Description
1. 24/7 Track & Trace of National & Zonal LH vehicles.
2. Vendor Coordination to ensure vehicles reach on time.
3. Timely Updation of Undesired/Delay Call outs.
4. Vehicle recovery during on road contingency.
5. Coordination with internal stake holders for prioritizing Customer Promised shipments.
6. In puts on lane wise obstacles.
7. Breach causes & Optimization of route
8. Maintenance of daily MIS report.
9. Daily report on vehicle tracked & monitored for National & Zonal vehicles
10. Weekly & Monthly reports on Capacity Utilization of vehicles and accruals to finance.
Mandatory Skills
Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Excellent Analytical skills, Effective Team Management, Adhering to timelines, Excellent coordination and cross functional collaboration
Desirable Skills:
Having idea of Contract/Procurement Knowledge, Having idea on transport operation, Good geographical knowledge
