Analyst – Performance Improvement – Supply Chain
The opportunity
As Performance Improvement Analyst, you’ll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers, managers you’ll identify potential business opportunities for EY.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in Project Management of donor projects in the area of skill development
- Research and analysis and preparation of project reports
- Preparation of business proposals and pitch presentations
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sharp focus on quality delivery
- Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
To qualify for the role you must have
- 1-2 years of experience in Management consulting, Government Consulting
- Previous experience in Donor funded projects, especially in domain of skill development
- Strong analytical, communication, business writing and presentation skills
Ideally you’ll also have
- Willingness to travel
- Flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle
- Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations
- High initiative and drive, positive attitude and high commitment
- Maturity and ability to handle pressure
