Job Title: PO – AVP

Location: Pune, India

Risk team is responsible to understand and manage the overall IT Strategy and corresponding Book of Work and run the Project & Program Management practice i.e. Financial Management, driving Engineering culture, Headcount Management, Portfolio reporting and governance with timely and effective Communications to support Business and Technology Teams Globally. Your key responsibilities

• Hands on exposure in performing Project & Program management in Clarity
• Perform meaningful information/reporting to Senior Management Team on periodic and Ad-hoc basis. E.g. Financial Dashboards, Program & Project Dashboards, Business Reviews, HC Analysis etc
• Adhering to Organization’s KPI practices to ensure all agreed KPIs being implemented in CIO area and all programs following the best practices and have been delivering against agreed KPIs
• Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, COO,  Program and project Managers
• Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention
• Develop and implement communication strategies
• Manage internal communications channels and ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
• Content writing experience for various communication channels like Newsletters, Blogs, Town halls, Newsflashes, intranet sites
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
    

Education and experience:

• Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Engineering or Computer Science
• 8– 10 years’ experience of PMO / Business Management practices in IT industry
• Strong Data Analytical Skills & Management Reporting background
• Open to learn and work on new dimensions
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity, MS-Access
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with global stakeholders
