Position Description:
As a UX/UI designer you’ll be responsible for creating a human-centered design including analysis, exploration, storytelling, concept design, prototyping, concept and usability testing. You’ll act as a counterpart for the functional engineers and work together with the IT Team to create the design, keeping the technical boundaries into account. Delivering highly qualitative solutions must be in your DNA!

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• You’ve a bachelor’s degree in design (or equivalent) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
• You’ve strong visualization, interaction and prototyping skills in addition to being comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary team.
• You’ve demonstrable design or design research experience from relevant companies, agencies, institutions or own consultancy.
• You’ve experience with Sketch, InVision and prototyping tools, being flexible in adapting towards new tools and way of working.
• You’re fluent in English and you have excellent communication skills.
• You’ll perform market analysis and create storyboards based on customer feedback.
• You’ll create user focused strategies, innovations, solutions and experiences and the user testing and validation of these, considering usability, sustainability and appropriate visual and verbal articulation in line with Brand guidelines.
• You’ll execute on scope, driving own efficiency, delivering appropriate design quality within budget and project parameters.
• You’ll frame the problem with a strong focus on user needs and requirements.
• You’ll contribute to effective teamwork, receiving guidance and being a pro-active team player, offering a point of view.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Primary Skill: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Secondary Skill: Agile, Team player
