• To verify the quality level of work in all aspects of Facility Maintenance like, painting, flooring, ceiling, door, drain & chamber repairing, storm water network maintenance, pest control and other maintenance work related to civil.
• To verify the check list points as per schedule plan and as per Standard Operating Procedure.
• To monitor repairing on RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) road and repairing of outside drainage, surrounding walls, office furniture and ensure outside pest control related to civil work.
• To monitor activities related to Facility Management and during its execution.
• To prepare and update Standard Operating Procedure.
• To follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
• To perform and verified completed PM work for proper execution of PM activity of facility.
• To prepare User requirement specification (URS) for facility upgradation.
• To verify maintenance work and its documentation as per standard operation procedure.
• To execute plant modification for compliance of statutory or regulatory and safety requirements
• To provide training to technician or designee for corrective action and prevention (CAPA)
• To raise Document change request (DCR), Change control Management (CCM), and Non-conformity report, corrective and prevent action and keep track to ensure its closure as per standard operating procedure.
• To prepare investigation report for non-conformity as per requirement.
• To issue & close document-controlled forms system (CFS) as per requirement.
• To operate Maximo system and maintain as per requirement. Like: SR log/Wo generate and working on it and doing consumption of store material. 
• To generate and close document from Controlled Forms System, issued by concerned person or by own.
• To provide guidance and training to team members.
• To GEMBA round as per requirement.
• Administrative:
• To plan activities of the function in advance and allocate work to Executive and Technician and ensure proper documentation.
• To coordinate with vendors for proper execution of work.
• To follow safety precautions during maintenance work.
• To maintain documentation in compliance with current good manufacturing practice(cGMP) and good document practice norms.
• To plan routine tasks of Facility Management and ensure its closure in given time frame.
• To prepare monthly execution Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance report, BMRF or Service log report.
• To verify implementation of SOP and seek for corrective and preventive action (CAPA), if any gaps found.
• To prepare BOQ, RFP, and checking/ Verified & sign of bill with all compliance.
•  Other:
• Person should have hands-on work experience of Civil Facility maintenance regarding activity.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to close the task compliance with the engineering strategy.
• person should have knowledge of cGMP requirements and from Pharma Background.
• Education & Experience-
• Diploma / BE Civil degree with 5 to 8 Years of working experience with Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have Pharmaceutical experience with QMS / Documentation handling.
