Introduction:

As Tech Analyst, the candidate would be required to:

Work with the business and operations to understand the demand and formulate Plan to deliver.
Understand and gather requirements.
Work with solution architects, vendor and provide technical solution to the business requirements and challenges
Work with various internal technology teams and ensure quality of the requirement
Work with Vendor to agree costs and ensure timelines are aligned to the project.
Track progress and provide status updates of the project/programme to the stakeholders.
What will you be doing?

Undertake analysis with stakeholders to discover business needs and requirements.
Drive concept solutions playing a techno functional role to bring new ideas to life, enable the definition of high level business and operational architectures and designs.
Work with Business, Product, Operations and other stakeholders using standard techniques to gather business requirements (functional and related non-functional) and document them using right tools.
Deliver business requirements with appropriate quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan.
Investigate alternate business solutions to issues / challenges, and represent these business solutions for agreement.
Provide Technical support to interface requirements and co-ordinate with other team to interlock delivery and testing plans.
Good general communication and documentation skills are required to give clear and concise project reporting to the Business and Management stakeholders.
Strong presentation, verbal reasoning and conflict management skills are essential.

What we’re looking for:

Should have worked as Tech Analyst
Should have the ability to create high level design and flow documents.
Should have lead at least one large program playing the role of Techno functional lead; either individually or with a team

Skills that will help you in the role:

Is able to get into the details of any technical or functional issues and provide support to the team.
Understands Billing Domain as implemented in large banks
Should be skilled in analysing data, and should be comfortable working on MS Excel, macros etc.
