A PMO analyst ensures initiative delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards.

What will you be doing?

The below outlines the key job functions the candidate will be required to perform. 

• Maintain a future focus (Effective management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies aka RAIDS)
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to resolve RAID early and solve complex problems
• Proactively seek out and solve problems to help PM / PgrMgr keep outcomes on track
• Drive continuous improvement by advocating for efficient and effective change management in line with Policies and Standards
• Be open to change and apply judgment and analytical thinking to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment
• Support the PM / PgrMgr day to day through great organizational skills, support, insight, and clear and frequent communication

What we’re looking for:

• 0 – 2 years’ experience working as a PMO Analyst within a financial services organization
• Basic level Microsoft Excel skillset

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Demonstrated ability to assist with business case outcome roadmap, financial summary, and workforce summary
• Experience with weekly and monthly project reporting and project closure
• Innovative while striving for solutions oriented approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
