About The Role

Role Location: Bangalore

Role Type: Full Time

Role Purpose

This role supports the Finance team to deliver reporting solutions for divisional financial performance, forecasting, planning, target setting, and monitoring of productivity targets. This includes contribution to the design and development of applications and standard packs in Qlikview and with Nprinting applications.

Your key priorities and responsibilities include:

• Maintain internal customer satisfaction from Business Stakeholders
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with peers across ANZ
• Identify and suggest opportunities and possible remedial action regarding performance for the Divisional/Business Unit portfolio
• Provide good service and timely response to requests
• Design, build and deliver automated report delivery and MI solutions using Qlikview, Qliksense, N Printing and SQL Server solutions
• Deliver projects individually or with team member as needed
• Be able to gather requirements, come up with ideas on the development cycle and deliver on time with quality
• Be able to manage self, plan and deliver projects effectively
• Mentor Junior/new team members
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues within the team to enable objectives to be achieved
• Work effectively as part of a unified, global team
• Proactive in learning and taking on additional tasks & analysis to assist in the achievement of team goals
• Be a positive influence and an integral part of the team – coach more junior Analysts.
• Compliance with service guidelines, laws and regulations
• Compliance to ANZ policies and procedures
• Ensure risks and issues are raised in a timely manner
   

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Bachelor degree – Engineering/Technology/Computer Science (required)
• 5-6+ Years of MIS Reporting Experience preferably in BFSI domain
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of Qlikview & QlikSense applications
• Sound experience in data modelling for reporting
• Good knowledge of performance tuning and optimisation of dashboards
• Professional experience essential
• Technical qualifications essential
• Exposure to BFSI preferred
• Strong technical skills and critical thinking
• Demonstrated technical ability/computer skills in Qlikview
• Experience in building and delivering Qlikview dashboards
• Understanding of finance preferred
• Understanding data systems and processes
