- Operation of Kiln, Coat Mitt, Raw mitts, lime and coal stacker and reclaimer to meet the Production and Quality targets at optimum Cost and maintenance of Environment / Housekeeping, safety and workplace standards.
- Identification of abnormality and its solution before creating any major problem by following up with cross functional team.
- Process optimization & Troubleshooting
Nature Of Experience:
- Kiln operation
- Mills operation VRM, Roller press & ball mill
- Control stack Emission
- Operational troubleshooting
- Opportunity identification for power & heat reduction and
- Implementation of actions
- Communication with Site engineer/supervisors for ensure continuous operation of equipment’s
Essential Skills:
- CCR Operation Achieving production as per plan
- Safety & WCM Compliance
- Influencing people for getting results
Qualification:
- B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Education,Bachelor Of Technology,Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
