Job Description
Job purpose
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day activities and tasks for specific client/s.
– Provide technical analysis and L1/L2 support of issues identified.
– Ensure timeliness of resolution provided for issues logged by client/s or client facing team members.
– Co-ordinate with internal team members to identify and execute solutions.
– Proactively monitor system health to identify issues early and take corrective actions on the same.
– Ensure thorough tracking of activities performed daily and open issues.
Key skills:
– Working knowledge of Java, PL SQL, Shell scripts.
– Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills given the complexity of Product and client queries.
– Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel etc.).
– Flexibility to work in different/shift timings depending on client timezones.
What do you need to know?
- Relevant experience as an application support analyst, preferably in airline domain
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good understanding of software development cycle
- Qualifications: Any relevant bachelor degree
