Project Management Executive

Jubilant Biosys is looking for Project Managament Executive.

Educational qualifictaion: MBA with Lifesciences/ Pharma background

Experience: 0-1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• New project initiation, code creation, map resources in PM tools
• Project monitoring, tracking and coordination during project execution
• Overall coordination with various teams/dept./clients/vendors to execute the project smoothly
• Documentation and maintenance of project reports, trackers
• Monitor and track budgets in projects
• Procurement follow ups for time-bound projects
• Prepare Gantt Charts for all projects
• Monitor project attributes such as scope/time/resource change
• Track shipment logistics across projects and alert stake-holders
• Track occupancy data of Animal house facility
• MIS tracking on HR data, procurement data,
• Alert HOD on budget over-shoot, scope-change, cost over-run, etc
• Develop project tools for process efficiency
• Prepare project closure documentations and close projects in tools
• Preparation of the monthly revenue status, (PO, FTE, procurements & services) based on FTE charges and project materials consumed
• Monthly FTE utilization and projections
• Scheduling and organizing the client calls and MOMs
• Regular client communications, project updates, new implementations, queries, concerns to answer.
• Managing various client secured networks, applications to transfer the information
• Organizing the client visits, agenda and logistics.
• Coordination and documentation for all the internal & external Audits
• Preparation of desired protocols/SOP’s for PM process improvements
• Inventory updates on non-billable common reagents
