Purpose/Mission

This role is responsible for leading digital planning and business analytics for DPC business. This role works in close collaboration with cross functional teams across EM, Merchandising, Brands and Excellence teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional.
•    Manage end to end digital planning on the partners e-com platform relating to content, media planning and business analytics
•    Digital sales performance analysis & insights reporting 
•    Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting 
•    Improvise consumer experience on the platform through leveraging tools like digital shelf and account diagnostic.
•    Execute online and Marketing campaign on partner sites in close co-ordination with brand team 
•    Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization (with help of Merchandising team)
•    Work closely with e-com partners on paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization. Manage the budget for the same.
•    Translate analyses into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights 
•    To work with cross functional teams esp, Brands, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end seamless operations
•    To ensure providing meaningful DPC data on time in full for DPC director, sales force and other functions
•    To drive various EM Projects & initiatives and work with EM to ensure on-time reporting, 
•    To lead the yearly Joint marketing plan with the partners in coordination with brand and marketing team.
•    To be integral part Strategic planning for the DPC channel for next 3-5 years
 
Personnel.
•    Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports
•    Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
•    Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
•    Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces
 
Controlling:
•    To spend and monitor the Sales working budget for the DPC accounts
•    To measure progress on own KPI
•    To report to all superior
•    To monitor and report all key digital and sales performance metrics and have regular business reviews
 

Professional background:
•    Functional: > 6-8 years Sales and/or Marketing or Consulting
•    Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
•    Leadership: > 4 years’ experience
•    Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Strategy, eCommerce
 
Educational Background:
•    University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
•    Understand Finance and Logistics
 
IT and Language skills
•    Outlook: basic
•    Word: advanced
•    Excel:  advanced
•    PowerPoint: advanced
•    English: Fluent
