Job Description:
- Knowledge on Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop version 7 x and above
- Knowledge of core components of Citrix Application testing and troubleshooting knowledge on Citrix Infrastructure, Installation knowledge of various application on citrix via MCS PVS technology
- Knowledge on Application deployments Workflow of Citrix Environment Knowledge of DNS TCP IP and other networking concepts
- Coordinating and implementation of new installations designs and migrations for technology solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of global security policies Hardware refresh and OS migrations knowledge Work on Service Improvement Plan and Innovations Planning and execution of complex changes
- Knowledge on Problem Management RCA problem resolution Troubleshooting complex and business critical issues
- Participation in DR activities Creating best practice documents known error records knowledgebase articles etc
- Knowledge on VM Ware vCenters or managing ESXi hosts, ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
Primary Skills:
- VDI Administrator, Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop version 7 x and above
