Roles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role
Role Synopsis
The role would primarly involve general management , General Administration ,Vehicle Management, Vemdor Payments, Security Management , CSR and other Welfare related Activities and providing the Support in organizing the conducting training ,engagement activities.
Key Duties & Responsiblities
General Administration :
Handling various vendors pertaining to Pest Control , Hotel and Travel Booking, In House Transport Operators , Medical Insurance Related Calim, Security Agencies, epabx,Tea Vending Machine Vendor, Food Contractor.
Negotiating and finalizing the rates with regard to vendors.
Identification and Development of New Vendors.
PO, GRN Creation for Various Bills to be processed during the month and ensuring close follow up with the commercial department to ensure prompt payment.
Settlement of Advances peertaining to Tours and other Purchase .
Keeping track of the Various agreements related to contractors / Vendors and timely renewal & updation of the same .
Purchase of Office related Stationary through the online portal.
Montioring and keeping track of the expenses pertaining to Transport In House through the E Portal.
Coordination for Travel Arrangements. ( Ticket and Hotel Booking )
Timely updation through online portals for various requirements (Travel, Guest House , Stationaries,Medical Intimation )
Preperation of Agreements related to Vendors ,Contractors.
Security Management :
Statutory:
Maintenance of all statutory records
Employee Engagement:
Planning and Organizing various engagement initiatives and celebration
Sceondary Duties & Responsiblities
Coordinating for Engagement Events ,Training Activities .Recruitment documentation and interview coordination,Statutory audits.
