We are currently seeking an HR Intern for three months to join our Gurgaon-India Talent Acquisition team.

 

In this role you will primarily work on supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment operations and the Campus recruitment process. 

Accountabilities

How you will contribute:

  • Supporting the team with campus recruitment
  • Taking care of all end to end recruitment documentation
  • Preparing offer letters
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Scheduling interviews and ensuring good candidate experience
  • Liaising with the HR ops team and submitting all pre/post joining documents
  • Sourcing resumes for different roles
  • Shadowing interviews
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers

 

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Stellar communication skills  
  • Bachelors/Masters fresher
  • Ability to deal with people from different walks of life
  • Superior computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
