AIO Support – Marketing Requisition ID: 17011
About the Role
To prepare daily/monthly/quarterly reports on financials and NFIs and to aid in decision-making by the senior management.
You will also drive automation and ensure standardization of activities.
Experience & Skills
1) Continuity Trends (D+7 & D+30 basis) | FR / Own base Report
2) SOGA & Drec – IdEA, Voda, JIO & Airtel OG
3) Drill down reporting for Key KPIs
4) In-charge of formation of SIPOC and SLA tracker for all activities, and responsible for Customer collaboration and feedback in the same.
