About the Role

Access Feasibility – Sales Coordinator for International and Domestic carriers.

Customer Facing Role.

Key Responsibilities

Access Sales for International /Domestic carriers. Customer Facing Role.

Key Responsibilities

1. – Daily feasibility revert to Customer / KAM with commercials:

2. – To upload and download feasibility reverts from portal and share with KAM/ customers along with commercial on daily basis.

3. – Upload feasibility request within 4 hours.

1. – Monthly Ageing file: To maintain daily reverts in backup file which need to be shared with client at beginning on subsequent month (Total feasibility received, qualified, order conversion % (F2C) along with feasibility received and closer date.

1. – Monthly OB projection: To share OB projection for set of accounts allotted.

1. – Timely order processing and approvals: All PO to be processed within 4 hours of receiving , necessary approvals to be taken in advance.

1. – Follow up with Factory for Feasibility: Follow up with back end team for accurate feasibility closure within TAT.

1. – Highly Sales Oriented: Person should be highly sales focused.

2. – Maintain business hygiene.

Experience & Skills

– Good Excel knowledge.

– Understanding of basic network elements ( interface / Local Loop/ NLD etc)

– Teamwork and collaboration
